We have created a number of online survey tools that make it easy to use The Collaboration Rubric® framework to achieve success in your collaboration.
You are welcome and invited to use the survey tools for free, as many times as you like, and will receive a report showing your individual results. These individual reports provide a common language for formal and informal discussions within your partnership and will help you identify how each of the partnership members view the strengths and weaknesses of the collaboration.
The survey tools can also be used to generate a group view of the collaboration. This allows the partnership members to get an understanding of how the group as a whole feels about the collaboration. Training
We offer a range of training options to help you work through the Collaboration Rubric framework. Our training gives you a deeper understanding of the concepts in the Rubric, and helps get everyone on the same page. We will help guide you through the most effective way to use the tools so that you build a sustainable planning and review process.
Training can be delivered as workshops at your workplace, via conference call, or by a training manual that will guide you through the process of running facilitated workshops within your collaboration network. Please get in touch with us to discuss you needs.
Consultancy
We offer a consultancy service to assist your organisation to develop, build or evaluate your networks or partnerships. Our consultancy model is tailored to your needs and builds the skills and knowledge of your staff to continue the work.
